Extensive clinical research has proven RAD 140 (or Testolone) to be advantageous because:
- Athletic stamina and agility is improved during HIIT training.
- Gaining weight and increasing lean muscle mass is way easier. The recovery time is shortened and hence progressive lifting of heavier weights is possible.
- Low risk of side-effects when compared with other anabolic substances
- More efficient than testosterone in some aspects
The Cambridge-based pharmaceuticals company Radius has said:
“The powerful, orally bioavailable and nonsteroidal RAD 140 is intended to make the hormonal receptors in the tissues of the body act like they’re getting a boosted supply of testosterone. This makes prohormones and anabolic steroids having similar impacts, with the former having less undesirable symptoms.”
Androgenic drugs have negative effects on the prostate gland. RAD 140 SARM is supported by clinical tests to reduce this androgenic reaction. It has a more anabolic impact than testosterone.
All of the above factors make RAD140 preferable to anabolic steroids and other prohormones. It balances the level of neuroexcitatory amino acid Kainate in the body which are ionotropic receptors that react to the synapse glutamate receptors in the cerebrum. This makes it beneficial in the case of treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
Kainate acid levels are reduced by RAD140. Publications by The Endocrine Society have stated that RAD140 can improve mental health by cerebrum protection through neuroprotective properties (Jayaraman, 2014).
For skeletal muscle tissue growth and hypertrophy, the recommended dosage is between 20 mg to 30 mg every 36 hours. A cycle is normally lasts for 12 weeks.
RAD140 hasn’t proven to show any significant side-effects by clinical research.
